Consultation & Information

The Placement Officer will send you detailed information about how we work, including our terms and conditions. This step includes:

Service Selection & Specifications

You then choose which service tier you want and send your specifications which will help in the matching process. We offer:

Standard Placement

Basic domestic worker placement with standard vetting

Premium Placement

Enhanced vetting with specialized skills matching

Executive Placement

Comprehensive service including trial period and training

Candidate Search & Communication

The agency will create an advert for you with an inquiry code which is shared with the domestic workers in our database. This process includes:

  • Creating a customized job description based on your specifications
  • Assigning a unique inquiry code for tracking
  • Sharing the opportunity with pre-screened candidates in our database
  • Receiving applications from interested, qualified workers
  • Conducting preliminary screening of applicants

Note: Our database contains pre-vetted domestic workers who have already undergone:

  • Background checks
  • Skills assessment
  • Reference verification
  • Professional induction training

Interview Arrangement

An interview date and time will be set and candidates invited to the interview. We handle all coordination:

  • Scheduling interviews at your convenience
  • Coordinating with shortlisted candidates
  • Providing interview venue at our office or your preferred location
  • Sending interview confirmations and reminders
  • Providing candidate profiles before interviews

Selection & Trial Period

Once the interview is done, you will indicate which worker you would like. A placement fee is paid for the worker and a placement agreement is signed.

Important Note:

You may try out the worker for a day. You will need to pay the worker directly for her/his day's work during this trial period.

This step includes:

  • Formal selection notification to the agency
  • Payment of placement fee (varies by service tier)
  • Signing of placement agreement
  • Arrangement of trial day (highly recommended)
  • Direct payment to worker for trial day work
  • Feedback collection after trial period

Placement Completion & Support

The agency will provide you all the necessary contracts, workers paperwork and uniforms (if applicable). Our support continues:

  • Renewal Assistance: Help with contract renewals and updates

Our Support Timeline:

  • Week 1: Daily check-ins

  • Months 2-3: Bi-weekly check-ins
  • Thereafter: Monthly check-ins

How Domestic Workers Join Our Agency

1 Registration

Interested domestic workers register with the agency, providing necessary documentation (ID, qualifications, references, etc.).

2 Induction & Skills Assessment

They undergo a one-day training session for practical skills assessments (e.g., cooking, cleaning) to evaluate their expertise.

3 Background Checks

We conduct thorough background checks, including reference verification and next of kin checks.

4 Database Entry

Approved workers are placed in our database and have access to interview opportunities as they arise.

5 Interview & Placement

When client requests come through, we match workers with opportunities and facilitate interviews and placements.
