The concept of our organization emerged when a first-time mother left her parents' home to start her own family. Balancing work and motherhood proved challenging, especially when her maid failed to return after Christmas holidays. This led her to seek emergency replacement, which unfortunately turned out to be disastrous. This experience highlighted the need for professional assistance in sourcing and placing domestic workers.
Thus, Chris and Geo was established with families in mind. Our organization aims to bridge the gap between domestic workers and families, recognizing the importance of domestic work since biblical times.
We believe that a home is more than just a home. We are motivated by the biblical story of Moses and Miriam: "Take this baby and nurse him for me and I will pay you for your help..." (Exodus 2:9). Our pillars are faith, honesty and love. We are centered on professionalism and integrity.
